The Quadrants of Wellbeing

This session covers the four key aspects of our lives (as defined in a Harvard Business Review model) – the cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Many of us use much of our energy in the cognitive quadrant and pay little attention to the other three areas. Studies have shown that the best performing executives have achieved a conscious balance between these quadrants, and apply this on a daily basis to their lives. Participants will leave this session with an in-depth understanding of the four Quadrants of Wellbeing, an assessment of their current situation, and strategies they can implement immediately to achieve optimal personal balance and corporate productivity.

Get the Energy Edge

There are times when all of us complain of fatigue, low motivation and low energy. Indeed, some of us have ongoing issues in achieving and maintaining our desired energy levels throughout our lives. The reality is that we have incredible control over our energy output but we may not have an awareness of this great power.

This session will cover practical strategies to apply in our daily lives (covering issues such as eating, exercise, breathing) that will dramatically improve our energy and vigour. Participants will leave this session with a personal energy rating, a written energy goal, as well as an action plan, including their chosen strategies which can be implemented immediately.

Uncover what your heart desires – and get it!

It is human nature to seek out the meaning of life, and particularly the meaning of our own existence. Each and every one of us has special and unique talents. Once we uncover our life purpose we can act and truly get ‘into the flow’.

This session poses the question ‘What were we made to do in this lifetime?’ It challenges participants to ‘dig deep’ and uncover what their heart truly desires using a simple exercise.

The second part of this session explores what beliefs or patterns ‘get in the way’ of participants achieving all that they desire. Limiting beliefs and behaviours are often the only obstacle to the realisation of our highest goals.

Participants will leave the session having commenced the journey of self-discovery and self-awareness, with tools that will assist them to continue into the future.

Body Balance

This session focuses on the importance of correct posture and core muscle strength for general health, as well as injury prevention.

Participants are guided through an assessment of their posture, a series of simple exercises that can be done at their desk, as well as some basic Pilates movements, which can also be done at home.

Staying Calim in a Busy World

This session addresses life balancing and stress management.  Various cutting edge models and strategies to radically improve your daily experience are provided in an interactive style.
